Right to Know Policy
The Gas Commission provides access to its public records in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Right To Know Law (65 P.S. Sections 67.101 et. seq.), the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, and the Open Records Policy of the City of Philadelphia. Please use our standard Right-To-Know Request Form to submit, by mail, e-mail, fax or in person, a request to inspect or receive copies of Gas Commission documents.
